Adopting from Meadow Haven Horse Rescue:

  1. Fill Out & Send In your Application,Agreement, and Pictures.
  2. Wait to be Approved. (You will be Notified Once you're Approved)
  3. Select an Equine You'd like to Adopt.
  4. Sign Adoption Contract for Desired Equine(s).
  5. Take Home your Adopted Equine!
