Volunteer...

Meadow Haven relies on its volunteers for the care of the horses, maintenance of the facilities, and all administrative duties. Volunteers are the most wonderful gift a Meadow Haven horse could have! Without volunteers, this operation would come to a grinding halt and would have to close its doors -- it's as simple as that. We truly could not do it without you!

Volunteers are always needed in several areas of the operation. If you have a lot of time or even just a little we can use your help. You can volunteer everyday or just once a month. Whatever works best for you. If you can assist in the following ways, please let us know! Our horses always need a good brushing and someone to pet and talk to them. If you love horses but can't afford one or don't have the time for one, volunteering is a great way to go. You can get involved and meet some wonderful people.

Volunteer activities include, but are not limited to:

- Daily Chores
- Fundraising and Marketing
- Building Projects
- Coordinate Events
- Helping at Off-Farm Events
- Everything Else! We always welcome good help and fundraising ideas!



Please note: we do not allow volunteers to ride the horses.

Some volunteer activities require that you must be 18 or older. Volunteers younger than 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have signed a waiver. Volunteers 16 and over can volunteer with just a signed waiver.
